Tourism expert , an extrovert speaker on impact of tourism development , World Tourism Situation , Sustainable Tourism Development , Community Based Tourism , Sustainable Tourism Strategy and related issues.
Career
He was a former Governor as well as Advisor of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and also he used to serve as Acting Rector of Silpakorn University.
At present, he is a Secretary General of the Green Leaf Foundation (GLF) and also President of Community Based Tourism Institute (CBT- I). He is often invited to be guest speaker and lecturer by many institutions.
Education
Pradech holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design from Pratt institute, New York and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Silpakorn university, Bangkok.
A well known tourism specialist, his focus is always on Sustainable Tourism Development. He has been serving as a resource person in tourism sector for World Tourism Organization
(UNWTO) for many yeas. He used to sit in the Program and Budget Committee of UNWTO as a representative of Ministry of Tourism and Sports. He was also a member of the National Legislative Assembly.
